Cohesive Undergraduate Experience Professional Development

Pathways to Purpose offers paid professional development opportunities to faculty members engaged in instruction or facilitation of Cohesive Undergraduate Experience (CUE) components. These professional development workshops focus on the exploration of vocation, values, and purpose within the context of LEAP, CLIMB, and REACH.

Faculty interested in participating in these workshop but are not current LEAP or CLIMB instructors or REACH liasions are encouraged to reach out to Dr. Jenny Good,, for information on becoming a LEAP or CLIMB instructor or REACH liasion.


Two days of workshops prior to the start of fall semester.
$400 stipend

Two and a half hour workshop on vocation through experiential learning.

Available to assist with leading student focused workshops on REACH. Workshops specific to your departments’ REACH structure with a focus on story telling as it relates to vocation and discernment. Email to organize.
